ENCLUDE Solutions Membership

ENCLUDE is a charity and understands the financial arrangement with fellow charities as atransfer of resources, for mutual sustainability, within the context of a partnership.

ENCLUDE believes that a charity using such a powerful system will always need to grow the system to meet their own development and response to our changing world. We offer a membership of ENCLUDE which covers a range of services that can be called on as needed:

  • Changes to system as operation requirements change;
  • New Reports or changed reports as reporting requirements change;
  • New Features – Salesforce CRM does a major upgrade every six months (these upgrades do not damage any previous configurations)
  • New Apps are published all the time and some add benefit to your system
  • Additional Training – especially for new staff;
  • Helpline calls to deal with exceptions and faults;
  • Future Planning .

The Membership fee is dependant on the size of the charity.  Please contact us for further details.
